Recently honoured as Africa’s Most Innovative CEO and representing the Best African Organisation of the Year at the 13th edition of the African Achievers Awards, Sharpe’s impact goes beyond personal accolades. As the CEO of WestProp, he has embarked on a mission to transform Zimbabwe and set an example for the entire continent.

He firmly believes in staying ahead of the curve and leveraging emerging technologies like AI to propel Zimbabwe and Africa forward. “In Africa, it’s the unexpected that will take us to the next level, and we must come up with some ideas that are unexpected,” Sharpe added, highlighting the potential for leapfrogging industries.

Through WestProp, he is working on creating lifestyle communities that integrate residential, commercial, and recreational amenities within close proximity.
His approach emphasizes green technology, such as recycled greywater usage, solar energy, and centralised gas distribution, all aimed at creating a more environmentally friendly and sustainable future.
